Read MoreI never knew Howard as a man nor a doctor but rather as a boy. He was a neighbor beginning in 4th grade. To me he was a thin, sharp, quick and very smart kid. Nice he grew up to be such a valued and beloved person.

Just heard the sad news that Dr. Semer
