Not sure what to say?

As the years since Howie's passing go by, my cherished memories of him do not diminish in anyway. I believe anyone who had the privilege of meeting and knowing Howie, will never forget him. Howie was a one of a kind. He always had a smile to greet everyone with and always saw the good side of everyone and everything. He made the most of life and in so doing shared that with people too. I was fortunate as I was a friend of Howie's from our senior year in high school, although different ones,...

Always remembered, never forgotten

The time between Howard's passing away and today has grown more distant, but the memories I have of our wonderful relationship have not. Howard was a "one of a kind" in so many ways and I know as not only were we "best" friends, but we lived together throughout our college years. We met before college and were friends or to me - more like brothers until the end. I'll remember "Howie" until my end comes. Brenda, I am sorry about you loss. I just found out about it today. Howard was my first and best supervisor and instructor at the Internal Revenue Service. I met Howard in August, 1972. I will miss his beautiful smile. My business phone # 312-542-0217.

Just heard this very sad news when I spoke with cousin David Feinstein today. My condolences to all. Rest in peace cousin Howard.

Dear Brenda, I am so sorry for your loss. Howard was such a special person, so happy and full of life. I'm sure much of that had to do with the fact that he had you in his life. I am thinking of you at this time. Cheryl Dahl (Daryl's sister).

Dear Bobbe, Jeffrey, Liz, and Julie, So sorry for your loss. It was always fun hanging out with Howard at family holidays. I loved his humor, he could always make me laugh. I can't think about him and not smile. He never stopped talking about Lizzi and Julie; he was so proud of both of you. I'm thinking about all of you. Much love,
Cheryl Dahl

My sincere condolences to Howard's family. He has been very active with The Illinois CPA Society for many years and I worked closely with him for our Annual Meetings. His smile was so contagious! I am so sorry to hear this news.

I've known Howie since 1st grade. We shared some very special times growing up in a wonderful world. He'll always hold a special place in my heart.
