Memories are always with us and the times we endured at Troop "K" together will all be with me Howard. Even though you and I both retired the lives we touched helped create a better life in our communities. You are missed.

When it rains, it can only be the tears of heaven's angels hardy laughther as Howie shares a joke with St. Michael (the patron saint of policemen) and you all.
