HOWARD GELTZER

My first job was at Geltzer and Co and Howard took a big change with me and was always my biggest supporters. He was kind, patient, and always had my back. I met him a few years ago when I was considering a second chapter as an adjunct professor and, as always, he provided keen insight and wisdom. I will always cherish my memories at Geltzer and Co. where my long career in PR started! RIP Howard and Sheila and I'm glad you are together again. xoxo

I started working for Geltzer and Company right after college. I left for a short time but when the new job didn´t work out, Howard and Sheila called me to come back to the company where I worked until Geltzer and Company was acquired. I worked with them until their contract was up. After they left agency life, we kept in touch and on occasion, I would help them with some business. Howard and I had lunch in recent years and we would continue to email and chat about memories of Geltzer and...

Howie was a brilliant man, who lived his life to the fullest. After retirement from his business he continued to teach at Columbia and ran an online class of Asian students interested in advertising. He played tennis and walked NY City everyday until a year or so ago. He was completely cognizant till the end, and one of his last wishes, as per his son, was to make sure he called David and Shelley! He will be missed but his memory will remain with us forever!
