Not sure what to say?

Howard was a wonderful person. I did some stupid things while young and dumb, he not only helped me as a "FANTASTIC ATTORNEY" but he was also a compassionate friend of our whole family. Miss You Cindy

Howard was the kindest and most sincerely genuine person. He was not just a (great attorney) but a family friend. He is missed

I met Howard when I was a cop in Fells Point in the 70s and had many memorable interactions with him at the Horse. He was always friendly, honest, and great to work with. I valued our friendship. Godspeed Howard

Howard was a friend for many years. I worked at the Horse in the 70's. just spoke with him him April. He had a great heart and a passion for life. Rest well old friend. Roy

I worked as a doorman for Howard at the Horse You Came In On in 1989, when Fells Point was actually fun. Very bright and gregarious along with a big heart; he would have given you the shirt off his back. Loved his cars and politics. One of the last of a vanishing breed and the end of an era. My condolences to his extended family. I'll drink a shot(a double) tonight to remember Howard...Godspeed. Christopher Mancini
