Not sure what to say?

Chris was very helpful to me throughout my appraisal career. He inspired me and was also available to help others. He well be greatly missed!

I am so sorry to learn of Chris´s passing. He was one of my favorite people in the appraisal profession. We knew each other initially through taking the MAI exam side-by-side. We bonded in the trenches! Chris had a great sense of humor and was a very kind person. He was generous with his time. We work together on a particularly difficult assignment that doubled our bond. My thoughts are with Ian and his family during this sad time. All the best to you, Chris.

Chris was one of the longest serving Planning Commissioners in the history of the FNSB, serving from January 2014 to August 2023. Chris also chaired the Commission for several years and gave countless reports to the Assembly. Our thoughts and prays are with Chris´s family and we recognize the significant service that he has provided to the Citizens of the Borough.

I enjoyed my conversations with Chris and have fond memories of catching up at IRWA functions. He cared about the people he spoke with and made time to listen. He was a kind man. I'm sorry for your loss, Ian.

We miss you Chris.

My memories of Chris are during golf functions and the appraisal services he provided for our clients. Rest in Peace Chris and thank you for all you have contributed.

I taught with your Mother in the 1970s at Barnett Elementary. She was a wonderful friend and woman. Your Father did appraisals for me and I respected and liked him. I am sorry you have lost these two wonderful parents but knowing them, I am sure you are a wonderful young man. Joyce Bennett Furnival

Oh Chris, may you rest in peace. You provided me with so much education over the years. Your loss will be felt for many years to come.

Chris was a tenant of ours for many years at 600 University. We had some of the best chats and solved many of the world´s problems after running into each other in the hall. Chris was one of the good people of that world.
