I was blessed to have known Howard. I met him thru my Uncle John and Aunt Peggy (Howard's sister). I visited him in St. Louis on several occasions (most recently during this past Christmas), and we spoke often on the phone. Always cheerful and upbeat, even when I knew he wasn't feeling well, he always made me smile. He still does with my memories of our times together. He is now with Marjorie, their kitties, and those he loved who went before him. I loved him, and a piece of my heart left...
