Not sure what to say?

To the entire Harper family,
I send my condolences to you all, and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

In loving memory of my fantastic cousin Howard Harper. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time of deepest sorrow. We will miss you!!!

We were deeply sorry to hear about the death of Howard. Words cannot express the sadness of your loss but you are in our prayers.

Dr Harper helped my son Joe through some really hard times. I attended the appointments and learned a lot from him on how to listen, how to get on the same level with an 11 year old, and how to be a safe place for my son. He truly had a gift. We will both miss him very much.

Joe says, "He taught me how to live life with understanding and friendship. I love him and I will miss him."

Condolences to his family, I can only imagine what he must have meant to them.

I worked with Howard for more than 20 years. We began working together as Psych Techs at the BHC and I would tease him that when he finished his PHD I would call him Dr. Howie. When he got back to Idaho Falls and I finally got to call him Dr.. Howie he had the sweetest smile. I will always remember Howard for his compassion for others, his love for his family and his great sense of humor. My prayers and thoughts are with Sheri and the kids.
