Not sure what to say?

I was privileged to hear "Howie" a few times in person, and show a video series of his in our church. He was the consumate teacher. May God bless his memory and continue to use his work for Christ's kingdom.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hendricks while working at The Cove in Asheville, NC several years ago. He will certainly be missed by all of us who served there. Mrs Hendricks, may God give you strength to carry on till you meet again in the presence of your Lord and Saviour.

What an incredible gift he and his wife Jeanne were to us all as students! They believed in us as and were so committed to our development on so many levels. It was a treat to be in his department and for the wives to spend time with Mrs. Hendricks as well. May the Lord comfort you during this time of loss. And may our love and prayers lift you up.

Mrs Hendricks and family, I was never a formal student of Dr Hendricks,I have however "studied" under him from afar since a student in Campus Crusade in the 70's. His teaching and books have greatly molded my life, especially the Living by the Book series. I had the priviledge of meeting him on a couple of occaisions at The Cove and it is there that he signed my Bible and was kind enough to pray with me in spite of his limited time. My heartfelt prayers for you during this time of his...

He was God's gift to the church, who He entrusted to Dallas Theological Seminary to bless us and keep us real, humble, and caring. He memorably marked over 10,000 alumni. May our memorial gift be of regularly realigning ourselves with our Savior, as Prof always reminded us in word and in life. We love you, Jeanne.

Dr Hendricks was a legendary figure during my association with the Navigators in the '70s for his contributions to the ministry of disciplemaking. Now he's enjoying the reception and fellowship of many who have gone before who were touched by his ministry and especially that of our Lord jesus. May the Lord grant healing and comfort to all who are experiencing his homecoming.

What a gift he had to interpret scripture and translate it into practical application. Pirate, you will be missed until we see each other again!

What an impact he has made on those who have read his books and listened to radio programs. He helped us grow in our Christian walk.
