Howard Leon Hiser

Howard was born on April 27, 1929 and passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Howard was a resident of Sandusky, Ohio at the time of passing. Leon was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army as paratrooper serving two terms in the service from 1947 tom 1953, receiving the WWII victory medal and the Army of Occupational medal. Friends may call on Friday, December 15, 2017, from 2 P.M. until time of funeral services at 4 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
