Read MoreHoward was our first landlord when we moved back to Missoula in 1972, renting 824 Stoddard. I worked for him in the summer of `77 building a 4-plex on the north side. He taught me a lot about construction, skills that I have used over and over again. He was a savvy manager who helped develop and upgrade Missoula´s north side. He was a real character, and it´s unlikely that he will ever be duplicated!

My husband and I met Howard along the running trail many years ago. Besides being an excellent runner, Howard was an important member of the UCC choir for many years. After many years of travels, Howard had many memories to share with the Spanish Table here in Missoula. He will be sorely missed by many.
