I send my condolences to the entire Jacobs' family; they have all given so much to the city and people of New Haven. Howard was not only an honorable and dedicated attorney, he was a loving brother, father, cousin, and friend to many. We will remember him with fondness and appreciate his wisdom which he shared with us. Mush love, Susan Rozen and family.

Mom just told me about Howie - I am so sorry. My thoughts, prayers, and love go out to the entire family. I feel so blessed to have had the chance to know him. He was a truly special man and he will be missed.
