Not sure what to say?

It's been 10 years, still keep fond memories of this unique gentleman, fondly remembered for his caring for his unique family, all who are successful in whatever they do. Our continuing love to Marlene and them all. It's a honor to know them mike

Hi Marlene, I was looking around the internet for Chicago information and I found this legacy page for Howard. I know it has been a few months now, but I wanted you to know that when I read his obituary again I was immediately taken back to the time I was lucky enough to work with Howard on the Israeli-American Business Forum. I always envied (and strive for) the relationship the two of you had - you were the lights of each others eyes and hearts. Sending you love!

My time spent on a Hadassah Mission to Israel several years ago with Howard and Marlene was a wonderful experience. Although my father was friends with Howard for some time, I had never met them previously. They treated me from the first moment with a wonderful kindness that I will never forget. Howard's passing is deeply saddening, but the world is a much better place because of Howard's life. I was glad to be in a very small part of it.

Sorry for your families loss Howard was a very nice person and I was fortunate to make his acquaintance. My prayers are for your family.

To Marlene and Family:
I was saddened to hear of Howard's passing. He has left a wonderful legacy and will not be forgotten. I so appreciated his help with my questions about Hadassah bonds. He will be missed.

To Marlene and Family,

So sorry to hear of your loss. Howard was such a wonderful human being. His contributions to the world will not be forgotten. May his memory be for a blessing. May you be comforted among the mourners of Israel.

To the Kaplan family, Howard was such a wonderful man, to his family as well as to his community. His value was imeasureable, he will be sorely missed.
All our love, the Welbel family.

Marlene and family,
I was saddened to hear of Howard's passing. His contributions to the Jewish Community here and in Israel will not be forgotten.
May his name be for a blessing.

So sorry about the loss of someone who was an outstanding contributor to the Chicago and Jewish community.. I am Joseph's Scoutmaster, and want to express sympathy to the whole Kaplan-Spellberg family. My daughter is a lifetime member of Hadassah and I'll be sure to tell her about this sudden passing.
