Howard was my uncle. We would call him Uncle Lefty, his nickname since he was left handed. He was known for his story telling and his generosity. He´d invite my Dad (his brother) and the rest of us to his place in Sodus Bay in the Summer of 1972 and 1973. We would meet his family for Thanksgiving for many years, either at his house or our own.
