I remember when I was first introduced to Howard back in the 80's, he was a technical consultant for Fenwal Fenwal Safety Systems. He was this unassuming Yoda of Materials and Engineering, quietly solving problems and sharing wisdom. One of the brightest and sweetest individuals I have had the good fortune to work with.
