My heart is full of memories and love as I think of Uncle Howdy. I remember his gentle ways from far, far back when we were little kids; though I haven't seen him much in recent years, his presence has been a special one in the family.

I'm writing this especially in case circumstances prevent me making it down in time to be with you in person: I am with you today and tomorrow in spirit.
