Not sure what to say?

Dear Margie, Missy and Martin - I just wanted to send my condolences in regard to Howard. I didn't hear until this evening that he died....given my mom's brain injury, I'm kind of out of the loop these days.

Howard was always such a lovely man, and I know my parents treasured your friendship over the years. Better neighbors could not be had, and we were fortunate to have been close to your family. At this stage of life, it becomes more apparent as to who one's true friends...

Margie,
You and Howard were the first couple to welcome Nate and me to Palm Springs when we purchased our home in the 70's. We've enjoyed our friendship over the years and I will miss him.
Love,
Theresa Berman
P.S. Larry and I are returning to Palm Springs in mid-October.

howard was a lovely classy guy and we always enjoyed seeing him in palm springs... margie, our best to you. Dory and bud
