It is a pleasure to have had the opportunity to know Howard. He leaves behind an incredible legacy. His influence on the family is as obvious as it is wonderfully positive. We recognize his good-hearted nature as a McGovern trait of which we are sure he was most proud to see exibited by his children. Our prayers and thoughts go out to all of the McGoverns and friends of Howard. We share in your loss of a great man.
