Howard was born on April 17, 1931 and passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Howard was a resident of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana at the time of passing. A resident of Jefferson Parish, Howard was born in New Orleans where he attended St. Francis of Assisi grade school and graduated from St. Aloysius High School in 1950. Following graduation, he served as an Officer in the United States Army. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Monday, February 18, 2019 from 10:00 am until 11:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Msgr. Harry Bugler will begin at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel followed by burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on February 17, 2019.
