He has conducted workshops and spoken on human resource subjects on numerous occasions. He has been interviewed on radio and television representing the chamber. Howard has written over a dozen Illinois Chamber books and wrote articles for several magazines. Each year he received thousands of calls on the Chambers Helpline on a wide variety of employment issues.
