Howard was born on October 29, 1949 and passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Howard was a resident of Cameron, Missouri at the time of passing. Cremation was entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Cameron, Mo. A service will be held at a later date at the Yocom Pound Cemetery, Reeds Spring, Mo.
