To the Philp family, What a dear, sweet man Howard was & a terrific mentor to so many boys. Our son was always proud to have his counsel as he was in Boy Scouts, earning his Eagle under Mr. Philp. Our condolences to Veva & the family at this great time of loss to each of you. He was a blessing to many & his faith went before him in all he taught.
