Read MoreIt has been a long long time since I ran into "Howie" but we worked in the same building back in the day and I remember his positive demeanor and willingness to help others with anything that needed to be done. Sometimes people are just rays of sunshine for others and Howie truly lived out this legacy and had the best last name for this. Although gone from this earth, his ray is now facing toward heaven.
