I am so sorry, I did not know Howard passed, untill I saw your house listed on the real estate website! I now live in Florida. My deepest sympathies to all of you. I loved your Mom and Dad. We spent much time together...playing at Sugar Loaf, skiing... and later when they closed the resort, just poking around Leeland and Traverse.
