Wonderful friend and partner

Wonderful friend

Howard opened up a new world for us when he generously shared his telescope to show us the real moon. We were so grateful for that glimpse. I'm sorry we didn't know about his treatment of the hostages when they returned. We would have loved to hear the stories. Our condolences to the entire family.

We loved talking to Howard about astronomy and showing us the stars and planets through his incredible telescope! We will miss those talks from his neighbors, Bonnie and Rick Johnson

Dr. Ritter was an Amazing person. I´m alive today, because of his expert knowledge of oncology! He was always kind and caring. He gave me hope & encouragement.I knew he was adventurous, but I had no idea of his many hobbies. I´m very sorry for your families loss. He was one of the Best! God comfort you. Carol Abbott

Wonderful partner and great colleague. Karen and I enjoyed knowing Howard and everything he brought to our practice and to our lives. Paul Schaefer

Howard and Cindy had never met me, but hosted my RV in their Florida driveway this February. They even hosted an impromptu dinner party. Howard and I watched the lunar eclipse and talked about telescopes. His enthusiasm and hunger for challenge will be missed.

I have fond memories of Dr. Ritter as Medical Director of Visiting Nurse Hospice and then Promedica Hospice. He was a great mentor and hospice physician. He also shared his love for photography. So sorry for your loss Cindy.

My sincerest condolences to all the Ritters. Dr. Ritter was always kind to my brother and our family. Phil, I am so sorry that you are going through this. I know from recent experience that nothing I could say would be comforting, but please know we are thinking of you.
