Howard Sand Rogovin

Howard Rogovin was at The Kansas City Art Institute in Kansas City, Missouri,when I first interviewed for application in 1967. While studying there, I knew him as an inspired, dedicated painting instructor, a terrific artist and a wonderful individual.
