Not sure what to say?

I worked for Osceola County government for many years and had the pleasure and honor of knowing Howard while he worked in the Engineering Department. He was a wonderful man and a true gentleman. He had the respect of all those who worked with him and for him. My heart goes out to your family. I will remember you all in thought and prayer. I trust that God will bring the comfort only He can provide.

To the Family of Mr. Russell, May the many moments you all shared with him and one another be of some comfort to your hearts. God bless you all. You have been in our prayers. Randy and Roxanne Carr.

Uncle Howie was a man of good spirit and strong principles. He made his sister, my mother, proud. Seeing Mom and her brothers Howard and Ed together made me proud to be part of their family!
On behalf of my Dad, Phil, he wishes the family the best in this most difficult time.

I had not seen Uncle Howard since my Mother's funeral in 1999. I was sorry to hear of his passing. He and his wife and children will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Howard was an active volunteer in the transportation planning process with us here at METROPLAN ORLANDO. It was nice to see his smiling face every month. We'll miss him and our prayers are with the Russell family.

I had the pleasure to work with and for Howard Russell for several years, both at Post Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Orange County, and Osceola County. His guidance has given me a long memory of education and enjoyable events as a friend. GO BLUE....

I had the pleasure of working with Howard at several times in my career including when he was with Disney Development Company and later Osceola County. I always enjoyed working with him and will keep his family in my prayers as you mourn the loss of your loved one.
