I just found out about Howard's death today. I am so sad. I want to express my deepest sympathy. I am glad that we have had our conversations over the past few years to remember happy times. It seems like just yesterday when Howard started in his own practice. We put a lot if blood, sweat and tears into the office (mostly my tears). I am glad that my friend was surrounded by the love of his family.

I have no idea why, but I thought of Howard this evening and decided to "Google" his name and this is what I found. It saddens me to learn that Howard has passed away. I worked for him many years ago when he was a young lawyer on Locust Street. I remember when he decided to pursue his dream of being an actor and how proud I was when he appeared in his first film. My prayers and condolences go out to the family.

so sad to hear about this sudden and tragic loss. Howard was such a mensch..I remember how sweet he was asking my to dance at my bat mitzvah when I feared no boy would: I remember how excited he was to be cast as Conrad in a shortened "Bye Bye Birdie" play that never quite got off the ground..but the best looking guy in the school SHOULD play the superstar. My deepest sympathy to his sisters, wife, children, and their families
