The longer I spend my career in Pharmaceutical Sales the more Mr. Solomon´s legacy shines. Professionalism in business is gone. Left, is the desire to make more and more at anyones expense including the patient we are here to help. Fond memories of this giant in the pharmaceutical business. Your legacy continues to grow stronger.

During a Forest meeting Howard addressed the Sales force by showing a slide that displayed the recent acquisitions and mergers by pharmaceutical company´s. Howard stated "Most companies are racing to see who can become the biggest when they should be racing to be the best!" This single man walking amongst us with his cardigan sweater and his ginormous vocabulary was the most dedicated and coolest man I have ever met in my life. He was worth following. He made us all want to be great!

My condolences to the Solomon family. I worked for Forest Labs from 2001-2014. I will remember his smile, the bowties and his passion for developing medicines that heal people. While I did not know him personally, I was proud to work at Forest under his leadership.
