Howard L. Wilson SUFFOLK - Howard Lee Wilson, 63, of the 100 block of Halifax St., has passed away. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Rev. Melvin R. Boone Chapel of T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home.
