Howard Wolfe

BELPRE — Howard A. Wolfe, 87, of Belpre, Ohio died Nov. 21, 2017, at the Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born in Chester, Ohio, on April 25, 1930, and was the son of the late Curtis and Goldia Belle Weber Wolfe.
