On behalf of my father, Eloi Cloutier, Mr. Hubert Cloutier and Mrs. Donna Flannery's cousin from Quebec, I would like to give our deapest condolences to Mr. Hubert Cloutier's wife and children and also to Mrs. Donna Flannery. My father would have liked so much to go to the funerals and give you all his condolences but my mother's health does not allow her to go on a trip to Ottawa. We do share your sorrow.
