I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Toby, Dave Reddick and Richard Thomas for about 2 years at Certain-teed in 1970. Toby was a very fine man and I respected him very much. Though he had a tough job, he was always cordial and could always come up with something to make a person smile. May GOD bless you all through this sad time.
