Not sure what to say?

To all those who hold Hubert, Jenny and Vinson dear,

I played with Vince in the Royale Trio for over 11 years...we traveled throughout North America together playing concerts and living out our dreams. Many was the time that we stayed at his house in Bay Minette (or at Sally's) when we played there or nearby or just when we were passing through. Since Vince passed in 1992 I've visited Hubert and Jenny several times as well...even took my wife Lisa Arkis down to be properly introduced...

Dear Aunt Virginia,
I know that you will miss Uncle Hubert terribly . He was a very special person and he touched many lives. Along with you, he opened his home to me when I was a young college student , back when it was Yancy State Junior College. May God bless and comfort you in the coming weeks. Love, Sally

I have a lifetime of memories of Uncle Hubert. Seeing him with Aunt Virginia and Vince at family reunions. Even staying with them once.
It doesn't seem it could have been that long ago that he started work at the college! I'm so glad that I got to visit a few times this last year or so. It was such a blessing. My prayers remain with Aunt Virginia, but I rejoice for Uncle Hubert and the Light and Joy and freedom in which he now resides!

Uncle Hubert was a wonderful man and a wonderful Christian example. He will be greatly missed! So sorry that we could not be there but we were praying for you, Aunt Virginia.

Great Uncle Hubert was a very caring person. He touched many lives, including mine. I will miss him.

I could not attend, but I was there in spirit. Uncle Hubert was a truely wonderful man with a great compassion for others and a delightful sense of humor. I miss him.

Aunt Jenny and family,

Although I have only had the pleasure of knowing Uncle Hu-
bert seven years, I consider myself
EXTREEMLY fortunate. Right off the bat he made me feel welcome and part of the family. Hubert Hammond
was a man who truly understood the
message of love as God wants us to understand it! Not that other family members have shown me love to a lesser degree, they have and do. Uncle Hubert had a way of communicating it as if it were effortless for...

I guess Uncle Hubert's happy with Vinson in his arms. I'll miss him for the rest of my life. He was a great and loving man!
