My name is Carolyn Burns-Dine. I grew up next door to the Niemiecs on Sacramento. I just remember Herb as being a very nice man and always taking very good care of his yard and lawn. I was sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Martha and the Niemiec family. My parents also send their condolences, they are currently in Florida for the winter and were very sad to hear the news.
