To the Raper Family:
What can I say! I was going to visit Mr. Raper on Friday to find out from Gary that he had just passed. It took my breathe. There are just a hand full of seniors left in our community. Mr. Raper was like another father to me and all the other childrens who grew up in Light Oak. Our sense of community and family with God's help will keep all of us strong as we go this portion of our life cycle.
My love thought and prayers are with you.

To the Raper family from Robert S. Jones and family. My deepest regards for your family. Hubert was a great help to me at First National Bank and showed me what to do to be a sucess. He has helped countless people at the bank and assisted them in completing all of their banking business. He will be missed.
