Fr. Hubert Joseph "Hugh" Spanel

As a high school classmate of Hubert, I have checked often to see where life was taking him and occasion to got to see him at Lake Erickson, or share a letter about our classmates, always wondering if he was still well and happy. In a high school play we sang "Oh, Buttermilk Sky" as a duet. I smile at that. I remember Mary Ann as a friend of mine. I'll tell my other classmates who are left of his passing. We all shared love together.
