Not sure what to say?

What a sad moment to read that Paolo had passed away at such an early age. I was just thinking about him and looked up his father first, then Paolo. In 1984, I coached Paolo at Five Star Basketball Camp in Pittsburgh. Just for five days, but I still remember this many years later what a great kid he was. I knew his father was an accomplished athlete, and I still remember Howard Garfinkel, the director of Five Star, introducing Paolo to me, speaking warmly about his dad. Something made me do a...

It's been almost a year. I was hoping that anyone might be able to share any photos they had of Paolo. It would be nice to rememeber his smile. Thinking of you always, Paolo.

I was just looking online and learned of Paolo's passing. Xenia, Sam, everyone, (I'm sorry I never met his California family), we are all so sorry for your loss. What a sweet soul ~ I hadn't seen him in over twenty odd years, but I can still see his smile.
Francesca, Marshall (Fred) and the Parsons family

Paolo, It's Thanksgiving and I miss you. I know you are aware that we are all thinking about you and giving thanks for the time we had with you. You are gone but never forgotten.

I have been catching up with old friends recently. Last night, I asked a classmate of Paolo's about his whereabouts. I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of his death. Paolo was always a warm friendly guy with so much charm and charisma. I will remember him fondly. My sincerest condolences.

I googled Paolo out of the blue this morning, and was stunned to see the results. He and I were friends at Penn State, and I can say there was never a dull moment any night Paolo was around. He pulled me out of a few scraps that I'm sure would have ended poorly for me otherwise. I heard he was in Miami, and always thought I might run into him there one day. You will be well remembered my friend...

Very sorry to have heard of Paolo`s passing. I knew Paolo from St. Albans ...I was a couple of years ahead of Paolo and lived in the dorms when this big kid arrived with a huge smile. Our initial bond was our feet! He wore a size 15 shoe & to his delight so did I...we both laughed about that fact. We were both about 6' 5" as well. It truly is the little things in life. He was a sweet spirit. Though I regret not having seen him again since those days I feel blessed to have known him...he was...

I was stunned to learn about Paolo's death. He and I were very close for a time and I will hold thise memories in my heart forever. I am deeply saddened at the news and will keep him family in my prayers.

I just recently found out about the passing of Paolo, a great friend and a truly crazy dude. They say the good always die young. I knew Paolo for a good twenty years and we had some good times and some great times. Rest In Peace:
