Hugh Earl Blackburn, 81, passed away January 10, 2021 in St George, Utah. He was born August 16, 1939 in Minersville, Utah on the kitchen table. He was the only son of Douglas Perry and Elma Mary Thompson.

My family and I have known Hugh for many years....very fine man....gave most of the men in my family haircuts in the summer. I enjoyed stopping in to visit with him on my way back to the Beauty Shop where Nella Black did my hair for many years. I enjoyed stopping by to learn about results from the deer hunt and to see new mounts in his shop and learn of Dougs bow and arrow creations. Hugh will be missed by many, Our most sincere condolences to all the family.

Uncle Hugh was the best! I have great memories of coming to Beaver every summer around the 24th and sitting in front of his barbershop to watch the parade! In the past several years, I have loved stopping in on my way to visit my parents and chatting with Hugh and Doug!!! I will miss you Uncle Hugh!!❤❤
