Dear Higginbotham Family,
To a man who was a awesome dedicated supervising police officer to me when I was an auxiliary police officer, who has mentored me to continued a career in law enforcement for over 32 years, I will truly miss a life long friend. My deepest condolences and love to the Higginbotham Family.

Dear Florence and family, Some years ago, when Hugh would visit my husband "Jim" (was in charge of working on the City m/c) Hugh loved to tease "Jim", all in good fun they became friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I believe "Jim" & "Hugh" are together as they wait for us. Hugs

We regret the passing of a fine man and a great cop. Too soon, the good seem to go...

Dear Florence and family,
It was my pleasure to meet you and your husband almost 20 years ago, when my exhusband (Calvin Lim) was entering his career with the Sacramento Police Department. You were both so warm and friendly. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Warm hugs to you.

Dear Florence and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the memories of your loving husband and father.

Dear Higginbotham Family. Hugh was a patient of my Husband Roy Eakin. One evening long ago he found our Son Lee in a field drinking a beer. He told him to be sure to tell his Dad what he did, if not he would tell him. Lee never forgot that and never did his
Dad. We wish you wonderfull memories of Hugh. My Faith tells me that someday we will all be together again.

Hugh was an outstanding example of a dedicated public servant and police officer. He reflected a strong sense of right and wrong in his law enforcement service to Sacramento. God Bless his love ones as they celebrate his life.
