Not sure what to say?

Morgan, Teddy & Daniel,

The Hincks' family may indeed be without their parents but a very strong family still remains. You guys have handled everything so well and I admire the courage you have all showed throughout. My heart goes out to you, as well as my support.

Hugh loved life from birth to death. He lived life to its fullest. More than that, as my husband Patrick said, “he died doing what he loved with the woman he loved.”

His father and my mother were very close siblings, making Hugh and I first cousins. Perhaps because we were the same age or for a variety of other reasons Hugh & I became very close.

The flash-backs of our many escapades is helping me to smile through the realization of this tragedy. Life was never...

Dear Morgan, Teddy, and Daniel,
We have only just heard the news about your mom and dad's tragic accident. We are still in shock and are having trouble comprehending the reality of their loss. As your neighbors in Bearspaw for those 8 years, we hold many, many fond memories of both Hugh and Helen and feel very blessed that we were fortunate to know such a wonderful family. Your mom and dad were such fun, so encouraging (started us on the Nancy Greene path with Amie and Elliot), and had...

We admired their warm and unassuming nature and their wonderful zest for life.
With deepest sympathy,
Ken, Marcia and Kelsey Jewett

The news of Hugh & Helen passing still does not seem real and although we do not know you kids, our thoughts and prayers are with you. We have many good memories of them to keep them in our hearts forever. We were neighbours with your mom & dad & Dudley in St. Albert, Alberta during our younger years. Both of your parents loved to play practical jokes and were good sports when jokes were played on them. We had many wonderful suppers on Friday nights and Helen helped me compose a resume over a...

Dear Morgan, Teddy and Daniel,

All week I have been remembering the voices of your parents, distinctive and strong. Your Dad was so often engaged in making sure that everyone felt comfortable and had the best of whatever could be provided. Your Mom, perhaps because she was a tremendously good listener, often made acutely wise observations, although in superbly tactful terms.

I can well imagine them cruising with their friends Linda and Todd among the...

Our thoughts & prayers are with you at this difficult time. May the wonderful memories & love hold your family together.
Know that only their physical presence has left, their spirit & soul will be with you always.
With love.

The memories of Hugh and Helens kindness to us will live on in our hearts and minds. They are and will always be part of Panorama they will be missed but not forgotten.

Dear Morgan, Teddy and Daniel,
Although your parents will be missed forever, you will learn to love the place they left behind for you.
