Dr. McArn was the only doctor who took care of me in my early years. I'll never forget the night he rushed to our home just a couple of blocks away to doctor my sister. What a blessing he was to Laurinburg, and I grieve with his family in their great loss.

I had the honor and pleasure of being associated with Dr.McArn thru the medical community as well as the LPC. He was a good, very compassionate man who always spoke a kind word and always had a smile. I am glad I had the opportunity to be his friend. Thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Susan and his family.
