A whole pile of us started out in beginner fiddle. We all went different ways but you kept up those tunes PLUS brought some great American songs to our sessions. You really stretched your skills and always surprised us. I can only play fiddle tunes, but I love the song 'Skylark' - I send that out to you now.

Hugh was a wonderful, brilliant and interesting gentleman that I had the honor of meeting when I was the guest speaker at a “Mystery Writers of America” meeting at the Brookline Public Library a few years ago. We wrote our own book manuscripts this past year and he was kind enough to offer his editing expertise if needed. He was so happy when he recently self-published his book “Dream Horses”.
