My deepest sympathy to the O'Reilly family!! I too am a former patient of Dr. O'Reilly. He delivered all three of my children. I was a patient from 1986 until he retired and "forced" me to find another doctor. He was a great man and always took time to hear my problems "of the month" - especially during a difficult pregnancy. He was an asset for NBGH and will surely be missed. Always remember the good times. Be strong and proud! God Bless your entire family!! He was a GREAT man!!

Dr. Hugh Edward O'Reilly
A remarkable man who became an outstanding physician. My two children entered this world and touched his hands first. It was my heart that he touched for over 15 years as he provided the best medical care possible.
My deepest sympathy to the entire family. Remembrance keeps him near.

My grief and sense of loss is proportionate to the respect and admiration I felt for the privilege of being Hugh O'Reilly's associate for over forty five years. His morality, his sense of high regard for all people, his unusual dedication and professional skill enriched the community and all he met.
He loved his profession and was most grateful for the love of his family. His wife Sylvia brought life to his days.
I share your grief.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Dr. O'Reilly. He was my wife's OBGYN when we lived in CT. and he delivered five of our six children. I enjoyed his humor and wit. He will be missed. Our thoughts go out to the O'Reilly family.

Our family would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Dr. O'Reilly's family on the loss of a great man. It was 35 years today that Dr. O'Reilly delivered into my arms my second son. Dr. O'Reilly will always live on in my memories as being the finest and most understanding gynecologist I've had a chance to meet.

To all of Dr. O'Reilly's family, please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of your husband/father. My mother was his patient, he delivered our two children and then he was our daughter's doctor. Not only were his medical skills the best, but his warmth, sense of humor, and wonderful bedside manner completed the picture. We will keep him in our prayers. Thank you Dr. O'Reilly for all you did for our family and for the thousands of other families.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Dr. O'Reilly. He was my Doctor for over 17 years and he delivered both of my children. He was a gentle man who always put the patient first. He will be missed.
