It is truly sad when someone who has had a profound effect on your life dies, it is sadder when years ago you grew apart for no particular reason. My future began at Hugh's parent's house on Stillman where we remodeled the kitchen, as teenagers. We started Design Union together then Hugh went on to be a full time cabinetmaker. I wish I could have said good-bye.
