Our thoughts and prayers are with the Chavez family. My memories of Hugo are of a Man that always had a smile on his face even when our work enviorment was suffering. Hugo had the unique ability to leave a lasting impression of joy on those of us that had the opportunity to know and work with him.

My deepest sympathy to Catherine and family. Hugo was a good friend at WSMR.
I will not look at a cactus without thinking of him. God bless you and yours during these hard days but he will be in our memories forever.

My prayers go out for Hugo and his family. Losing a loved one is always difficult. He was a friend and an outstanding Police Officer. He will be missed but his memory will live on.
