Dear Bruegel Family, I just learned of Hugo´s passing today while chatting with his fellow electrician. I was totally taken by surprise while I mentioned his name. I am thinking of my time spent with the family in Boston for Victoria´s graduation. He had the best smile, quick wit, & sense of adventure. I truly am saddened by his early departure but I have faith that he is in beautiful place! My heartfelt condolences
