Hugo "Vic" Cota, you will be miss dearly. I will never forget the day I hired Vic as the Accountant and Compliance Manager for the NJ SNAP-Ed and EFNEP programs. Vic's rule was family first, then work. However, his performance at work did not show a difference. HIs performance depicted the love of family. Although he worked under my direction, he provided me with a wealth of knowledge that I helped me in managing my daily life decision.
