Memories last

My sincere condolences to the Elmendorf Family. I had the privilege of knowing Dr. Elmendorf when I worked in the Radiology Department at Baptist Medical Center during the '80s. I will always remember him for his cigar and his guayabera. He had a kind heart and was a good friend to me. Thanks for the memories.

To the Elmendorf family and extended family,

An icon has passed. My thoughts are with you all. Of course you know Hugo is off on another grand adventure smoking a cigar and drinking a scotch!

Peace be with you,

Dear Elmendorf Family,
I was truly saddened to hear about Dr. Elmendorf. He was a great man. I really enjoyed visiting with him about his family, his practice life and Texas A&M. He dearly loved his family and his pets. I will miss him. You have my deepest sympathy. Please let me know if I can do anything for you.

I offer condolences to the members of Hugo's family. I remember him well as a good friend and partner of my father, Dean Jones, M.D. It was a great comfort to me to see Hugo after many years at my father's funeral in July of 2003.

With deepest sympathy,

Robert S. Jones and wife Sally
