Not sure what to say?

I've known the Weger family for almost 30 years. Don is one of my best friends. Grandma Weger was the anchor and her Ukiah home and family ranch was always the "safe" haven for the entire family. She will be missed by her entire family, friends and former students.

All i have to say is that i was one very lucky child, teenager and adult to say Hulda Weger was my grandma, she was
the best most caring grandmother anyone could even wish or hope to have. Its hard to believe she is gone, hasnt set in yet.She will be missed every day,and thought of. All the weeks and weekends we stayed with her and grandpa as children will never be for gotten.Grandma love you always and may you rest in peace with grandpa now.
Love you always and forever,

Don and Maranee, I didn't know her, but I'm sorry for your loss. May we all live to 99 years!!!

On a very cold late December day in 1968, my family and I moved from So. CA to Ukiah and directly across the street from Hulda and Al. She didn't know me but came across the street to see what the problem was. My movers refused to off load because I didn't have cash for them. No checks at that time were accepted and it was a Sunday. She and Al brought over homemade soup and coffee and cash for the movers. I was truly stunned at the gracious reception from such a giving and wonderful couple....

Great Grandma Weger was the strongest person i've ever known.. She was one tough cookie and she definately made the best cookies in town!! Miss and Love you Grandma - Jennifer Weger

Hulda and Alfred were my neighbors for many years. Hulda was a caring , smart and hard working woman. I can still see her driving she and Alfred off to the ranch. I can see her mowing the lawn at a time in her life when most woman her age would be sitting inside. I recall the time she asked me to go with Alfred to take his DMV renewal test asking me to please tell the DMV he shouldn't drive anymore ! He past the test. She indeed loved to travel. I recall her joy in going to Europe. I recall...

Hulda was a great lady and a fabulous friend to my family. She will be greatly missed. I was looking forward to attending her 100th birthday party. Ruth & David M.
